Mr. Berenjian has valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift tax valuation matters, financial reporting, option pricing and other valuation purposes. Mr. Berenjian has extensive experience and knowledge relating to the analysis of public market guideline companies, merger and acquisition research and analysis, industry segment analysis and the impact of economic conditions upon a company’s operations.

Mr. Berenjian is an active member of The ESOP Association.

Mr. Berenjian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
